The Virtual Banking team is looking for a strong associate who can take a leadership role in delivering insightful analysis that drives management decisions. The candidate will play a role in sales lead strategy, forecasting, and developing recommendations across a variety of initiatives. This position requires a strong candidate who has extensive analytical and communication skills. The right candidate will have a mix of skills: strong analytics and problem-solving with developed ability to interpret results as well as convey the story in a simple and compelling fashion for our senior leaders. They will be solution-oriented, and able to take data insights and strategy to drive impact. We're looking for someone who has a background in analytics and has the breadth to represent the team on a variety of initiatives.

Job Description
  • Conduct detailed analysis, modeling, and forecasting to understand and drive banker performance
  • Develop and deliver senior management presentations; incorporating their analysis, knowledge of business and management priorities
  • Actively participate in discussion and reviews of analysis/presentations
  • Assist in representing the team on initiatives such as testing concepts thru pilots, introducing new leads/activities, etc.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years' business or financial analysis experience (preferably supporting a client-focused environment)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and executive presentation building skills (Access, Tableau, and other analytical/reporting software a plus)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking and capacity to quickly learn and develop new strategic frameworks in a complicated environment
  • Well organized with an ability to execute on multiple fronts at the same time
  • A team player with a high level of motivation, dependability, and intelligence
  • A working understanding of statistics is helpful, but not essential
  • An understanding of branch or remote banking is helpful
