Wilco Electrical, LLC is a well-established and expanding utility contractor throughout Florida, working largely on Florida Power and Light projects and distribution systems. We are seeking a Warehouse Manager/Inventory Specialist in our Royal Palm Beach office. Job duties include management of inventory, creating material requests, leading warehouse associates, and upkeeping the overall functionality of the warehouse and yard. A good candidate will have solid organizational skills and be able to independently manage their time and organize the warehouse employees to be productive. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM. Pay range $25-30 hourly, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee operations in warehouse and yard to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed accordingly

· Accountable for the accuracy of receiving documents and intake of deliveries placed into proper areas in a timely manner

· Implementation of a forward planning & scheduling process to minimize shortages & backorders

· Participates in daily review of material issues and convert issues into actionable items

· Create and submit order information for specific projects and regular stock product/materials

· Preparing organizational projects for Warehouse Associates, training new employees on how to use machinery and monitoring compliance with safety standards

· Communicate with upper management on ordering issues

· Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of warehouse employees; assign workloads for each person

· Continuously organizing to maximize efficiency and material flow

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent experience (required)

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height and above

· Current Certificate in forklift driving

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Driven to implement and execute plans

· Strong attention to detail

· ​ High level of organizational skills, integrity, and accuracy
