Type: Full Time/ Permanent/ Union 310 (after 30 days)
Hours: Monday thru Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm (Overtime based on business needs)
***Travel up to 4-5hrs away and overnight stays typically required for Rigging portion only.***
SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Associate/ Rigger is responsible for the daily branch needs that include but are not limited to servicing and maintaining rental and customer owned equipment, assist with swing stage rigging installations & dismantle projects, pulling orders in the warehouse, and making deliveries as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This role is expected to:
- Maintain and service all rental fleet and customer owned hoists and equipment.
- Assist with warehouse duties that includes pulling orders, assisting with cycle counts, counting inventory, and making deliveries.
- Expected to complete all Spider training sessions each year as required.
- Assist with any other needs at the branch as required by supervisor that include, but are not limited to: cleaning and organizing work areas, cleaning windows, cleaning vehicles, mopping floors, sweeping floors, trash removal, etc.
- Assist with swing stage rigging installations and dismantle projects
To perform the job successfully, an individual should be able to utilize the following skills:
- Mechanical knowledge
- Electrical knowledge
- OSHA 10 (Company will offer Training)- Training offered if needed
- Spider Competent Person Trained- Training offered if needed
- Spider Swing Stage Rigging Trained - Training offered if needed
- Spider Hoists Trained (Ongoing) - Training offered if needed
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to read and understand drawings/ blueprints and service manuals.
- Forklift trained - Training offered if needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Swing Stage or mechanical experience highly desired

This position requires that an employee be able to: Lift 50-75lbs, handle mechanical and electrical equipment, use tools, drive a vehicle, drive a vehicle over 10,000lbs, drive with trailer.
Ability to work at all heights and elevations.
