JOB DESCRIPTION

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

What you will be doing in this role:

As the Administrative Assistant for Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier, you will be reporting directly to our executive team. This position is essentially providing support for our executive team, and other supporting departments.

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare, monitor, and maintain the schedules of the Executive team. While providing daily and weekly updates as needed.

Creating, implementing, and monitoring systems and processes while continually looking for growth opportunities

Schedule vendor visits, meetings with clients and partners

Ensure that each issue, or problem is addressed in a productive and efficient manner.

Prepare proper documentation for scheduled meetings

Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, on behalf of the Executive team

Evaluate documents that are up for approval, make proper changes before giving to the E.V.P

Provide follow ups for any tasks left uncompleted

Communicate directives from the executive team to the proper department

Assist with tracking incoming shipments and making notifications of any delays

Being a strong voice of confidence when representing the Executive team

Assisting with any clerical work needed within the company

Create meeting notes, meeting agendas, and monitoring meeting times.

Provide general administrative support for all departments

Operating from an operations point to meet the needs and demands of the business

Supporting client and business services

Operating from an operations point to support administratively

All other duties and assignments requested

Qualifications for the job

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school Diploma/ GED or higher
  • Able to speak, read, and write in the English language
  • Able to use Microsoft office programs
  • Must be able to use all technology and willing to learn as newer technology develops

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
