Our service department is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Service Manager to oversee the daily operations and success of our team. We are specifically looking for someone who has experience training other staff members and developing new client relationships. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, dependable and a self-starter, who can work well with others.

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and promote workers' performance.
• Provide input and management to the Service Department.
• Service customer vehicles within the service department.
• Order vehicle parts and supplies.
• Manage the Service Department budget.
• Manage the Service Course curriculum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $12,900,000.00 per year
