Lee Building Products -- A leading provider of brick, block, stone and hardscape products is seeking a Block Plant Production & Facilities Manager for it's Indianapolis area locations, including Mooresville, Shelbyville, Fishers and Yorktown.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high level individual with experience to oversee multiple Block Plant Production Plants and oversee the management of our facilities.

Job responsibilities include:

• Work with plant operators to oversee ongoing operations
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules
• Supervise multiple plant facilities and operation employees
• Train and develop new operators and employees
• Constant monitoring and quality control of all manufactured products
• Production planning and scheduling
• Complaint resolution
• Administer all safety programs
• Develop and implement program of continuous improvement
• Participate in Capex implementation
• Oversee all physical properties and equipment

Requirements include:

• Experience in management of concrete product production plants and facilities
• Batching and Mix design experience
• Facility management experience
• Troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge
• Ability to lead in a team environment
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Production and planning experience
