CryoConcepts LP is a leader in the development, manufacture, and sale of cryosurgical and cryo-therapeutic products world-wide. The company has a diverse group of products sold in Medical, Veterinary, and Aesthetics markets domestically and internationally, and is seeking a candidate for the position manufacturing Team / Group Leader.
The candidate must be a motivated manufacturing / operations group leader with an understanding of manufacturing job orders, labor and material tracking, labor scheduling, and documentation requirements in a medical device or pharma facility.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to set expectations and challenge employees to deliver results and guide employee development
· Track recording of leading manufacturing teams
· Excellent understanding of manufacturing variances analysis, and how such data can be used for process improvements
· Experience working with electro-mechanical assembly and packaging lines
· Successful track record of leading process improvements activities
· Track record of flexibility when manufacturing priorities change
· Preferred minimum 5 years’ experience in a Team leadership role
· Strong team player
· Strong organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail and product quality
· Effective at problem-solving and being resourceful
Responsibilities include:
· Leading manufacturing employees to deliver quality products on time
· Manage staffing of manufacturing teams consistent with the master schedule for operations
· Track and report employee work hours
· Track material usage and movement for manufacturing orders
· Develop, train, and evaluate team employees
