The Business Relationship Manager - HR will understand the enterprise IT environment and identify opportunities to leverage technology to increase efficiency or effectiveness of the HR department. This role will collaborate across the HR business teams and other Business Relationship Managers to help cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to support the Lamb Weston Corporate Strategy. Additionally, this role will support the planning and discovery work for project needs and support the business in navigating the IT engagement process. This role requires a close working relationship with HR and IT leadership, IT Architecture, Developers, and the PMO.

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $115,940.00 - $173,900.00

Job Description
- Support the HR Strategy for Lamb Weston and act as a liaison into IT
- Responsible for consolidating business unit goals into a unified HR Technology Roadmap
- Works closely with Business and other IT Leaders to shape the IT HR Strategy.
- Role is highly strategic, coordinates across business unit; facilitates prioritization; understands status of active project; work with IT Sourcing and Architecture to evaluate new solutions; stays informed on current technology for the aligned business area.
- Manage the Corporate portfolio budget and coordinates with other BRMs supporting business unit projects as required.
- Supports business units for FY planning and prioritization
- Manage concurrent projects through Discovery phase to Project start
- Escalate support issues to the appropriate IT leaders and ensure proper follow through
- Act as first-point of contact for business units to IT for new technology requests and/or enhancement requests for existing technology.
- Act as a guide/navigator through the IT processes and teams for the business.
- Understand and advocate for the digital strategy technology goals and needs
- Owns the relationship with Business Relationship Managers supporting business unit(s) and ensure proactive communication
- Work closely with Business Requirements Analysts and Business Process Designers (BAs) and IT Architecture on project requests
- May facilitate the requirements with the business for Disaster Recovery plans and recovery requirements along with Service Level Agreements for related business applications
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
- Requires BS/BA in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Previous work experience in the global manufacturing, agriculture and/or food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong background in agile development practices
- Requires a minimum 7 years of experience in IT or HR Functions
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and inspire trust
- Must be able to listen, understand, and discern business wants versus needs
- Must demonstrate strategic thinking and ability
- Required Travel: Up to 25%
