Training for all scenarios is provided for all new hire employees. We are looking for a candidate who is articulate in speech, professional in demeanor and presentation, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic about helping customers achieve resolution and maintain a positive impact and pleasurable brand experience. Ideally, a sales associate can be both personable and professional, have a desire to work with others, and enjoy being in an environment where new ideas and systems are welcome in open dialogue.

Sales Associate/Cashier Requirements:

• Can commute to Town 'N' Country area
• Immediate availability
• Previous experience is not required (training provided)
• Can handle conflict
• Multitasking skills
• Wll be administered a written and verbal test after first week of training

Sales Associate/Cashier Duties:

• Sales Floor Operations
• Customer Services and Inquiries
• Product Suggestions for Sales Acquisitions
• Utilization of Law Compliance
• Sales transactions

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
