Job Responsibilities:

Production Associates perform food production tasks to create high quality, carefully sourced breakfast and lunch products that are distributed served daily in our Illinois and Wisconsin restaurants. Production Associates are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, GMP working environment while following rigorous procedures to ensure a deliciously consistent product. Associates will operate a variety of food manufacturing equipment including but not limited to mixers, blenders, and dishwashers.

Skills Required:

• Adheres to company policies
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays based on business need
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Food production and manufacturing Sweep or scrub floors.
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas Inventory tracking and ordering for the Commissary kitchen
