The Coordinator will lead shifts in either the Front of House or Back of House, while executing systems and reporting relevant information to the director team.

Background and Competencies:

  One year of experience at Chick-fil-A, with a positive operator reference
• Proven track record of developing others

A Day In The Life:

  Monday- Saturday availability | 45-50 hours/week | Sundays off | Coordinators ideally have

two days off per week

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• One year of Chick-fil-A Experience
