We are looking for a Lubricant Customer Care Specialist for our main office in Kalispell, MT.
JOB SUMMARY:
Effectively communicate with prospective, current, and past customers providing accurate information, impeccable follow through, accurate documentation and ability to maintain strong community relationships. Responsible for various clerical, customer service, inventory and administrative functions for the Lubricant Operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in inventory management of all lubricant products with month end count, ordering, shipping and receiving to other plants and non-local customers.
- Organize deliveries for lubricants.
- Make Lubricant deliveries as needed.
- Smoothly answer and operate phone system, communicating with customers in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a professional manner.
- Load customer purchases by hand and/or forklift.
- Perform data entry of delivery tickets, work orders and other account information as needed.
- Perform various clerical functions to include copying, printing, filing, sending/receiving/distributing documents.
- Accept and process payments.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer experience in various programs
- Basic math ability
- Willingness to obtain Forklift Certification.
OTHER IDEAL SUCCESS ATTRIBUTES:
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft products, and the ability to learn new programs.
- Knowledge of lubricant products and applications
- Recent telephone/receptionist and or customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat Endorsement or the ability to obtain.

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly
