Starting Pay: Up to $15/hr, Drivers get $20 an hr! Weekly Paychecks!

Starting shift 10:00 AM to 7:00PM, and Saturday's when needed.

Weed Man is currently looking to hire a talented Customer Outreach Representatives. As a Customer Outreach Representative, you will be responsible for creating leads, which is done by learning how to overcome common objections with valuable rebuttles and simple conversation.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate leads on a door to door basis (Residential)
• Create value that attracts interest in presentation
• Convert prospects into a lead w a free quote
• Meet goals weekly
• Provide professional and courteous customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or GED)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Previous customer service / sales experience is an asset but is not required
