Office / Customer Service / Data Entry
Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist
Up to $60,000 to start plus full company-sponsored benefits
As Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist, you will:
- Receive complete training
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Provide information on product pricing, availability and lead times
- Take, enter and process orders
- Coordinate customer due dates with production teams
- Arrange and track shipments
- Expedite rush orders as necessary
- Monitor open orders
- Produce routine and special reports
- Assist the Sales Staff with customer engagement initiatives as needed
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Administration, Sales Support or similar
- Related experience from a manufacturer or distributor of products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate data entry skills
Pluses:
- +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- +++ Any Amount of Supervisory and/or Team Lead experience
