Role: Customer Service Representative at a Wellness Clinic

In-Office in Boulder City, NV

Hours: 9am-4pm Monday-Thursday

The main responsibility of this role is calling & following-up with our clients, tracking their progress, resolving concerns, and reassuring them to maximize the effectiveness of their treatments. This role also coordinates with the rest of staff to address concerns and provide optimal treatment to clients.

A majority of our clients have medical issues that can be very distressing, and thus long patience and kindess are qualities necessary in this role.

Our clinic is focused on natural solutions to health conditions. Support of natural health solutions is ideal for someone in this role.

Experience working in customer service & working with seniors is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
