Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Primary contact for customers.
Sales Support:
Enter all ERP setups needed for each account/ sale, process all quotations/ orders; and log all inquiries / requests using electronic system provided.
Quality control:
Review quotations/ orders, ERP set-up, etc. to ensure accuracy
Resolution:
Address customer inquiries, including pricing and availability.
Coordinate internally and externally for information as necessary.
Communication:
Gather and provide information across departments as necessary (e.g. sales, field, product pods, etc.) field associates as well as internal departments as required.
Cooperation:
Work cooperatively and professionally with others, acting as backup as necessary and provide assistance to other departments (e.g. returns processing, resolving discrepancies with invoices, orders, shipment, etc.)

Summary:
- The Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) provides sales support to customers.
- Team plays a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships by assisting customers with inquiries, quotations and orders.
- Team will be responsible for setting up customer accounts, customer cross references, pricing records, etc.
- Works both internally and externally with parties to anticipate and resolve issues both quickly and accurately.
- This is a customer facing role.
Key Responsibilities:

- meet or exceed KPI (Key Performance Indicators) / metrics and assist in continuous improvement processes
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred: 2+ years customer service experience (both internal and external customers)
- A positive attitude with a desire to exceed expectations
- Superior communication skills (interpersonal, written, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills (including multi-tasking & attention to detail)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs.
- Experience with Industrial Automation and or Robotics is a plus.
