In the US, the Commercial and SMB market is a multibillion-dollar business. It represents the largest business opportunity, and it is one of the fastest growing segment in the country. We are looking for someone who can help Partners accelerate in this market to seize the opportunity together.

As part of the North America Channel Sales Team, you will become a trusted advisor to a key selection of Partners that are accelerating in this space. You will develop a win-win relationship in alignment with HPE and your Partner’s priorities. You will drive Partner advocacy for HPE Data and Cloud Services that results in revenue growth, profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evangelize HPE Data and Cloud Services through interactions, presentations and digital efforts across the Partner Sales Teams in your territory
  • Drive and implement HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes and build partner loyalty to HPE
  • Work closely with the HPE Sales Territory Managers and Partner Business Managers to develop joint plans and sales efforts that drive scalable growth
  • Develop solid knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT investment strategy, HPE priorities, and HPE Technology to better differentiate us in the market
  • Understand the competitive and market landscape to properly position HPE by aligning with the Business Unit and Marketing teams that will support your efforts
  • Drive efforts to grow Pipeline and drive Deals to closure, engaging partners and co-sellers proactively to ensure right co-sell prioritization and pipeline coverage to support growth targets
  • Lead Sales and Enablement for your Partner across HPE’s Data and Cloud unique value proposition and portfolio
  • Advocate for the brand with passion and courage, understanding customer and partners’ challenges to creatively solve for them

To be successful, you will need:

  • University or Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • Typically 4-8+ years of selling experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Passion for relationship building and communication skills
  • Drive to win and solid experience in growing Sales through Partner Engagement
  • Transformation and Problem-solving mindset by maximizing the power of an ecosystem of resources
  • Proven track record of commitment, ownership and follow through with partners and stakeholders
  • Strategic, innovative and creative skills to navigate through a fast paced transformation environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences

Annual Salary: $92,600.00 - $208,400.00
