We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team in Fort Wayne! This position will focus on giving local anesthetic!

Open to either full time or part time. Full time status is considered a 4 day work week of at least 30 hours and is benefit eligible!

Position will focus on giving local to patients in multiple departments such as Operative, ET's, or Surgery.

Minimum qualifications

• Current LDH Indiana License
