Digital Art and Design Teacher

The Fort Mill School District is seeking a Digital Art and Design Teacher at Nation Ford High School for the 2023 -2024 school year.

Must hold or qualify for teaching certification in Digital Art and Design through SC Department of Education Career and Technical Education (CTE) certification.

To become eligible, all applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application;
• Meet the minimum industry experience requirement for the requested work-based field;
• Complete the fingerprinting process and receive and "All Clear” on a criminal records check by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and Federal Bureau of Investigation; and
• Earn the minimum of a high school diploma or state high school equivalency certificate/General Educational Development (GED).
• Hands-on work experience in the marketing/advertising industry directly responsible for the design, development and production of print/web marketing/advertising materials. The amount of work experience required depends upon degree level.
• Complete State Department of Education Trade Exam

EXEMPT position. Full-time.

Compensation based on SC Educator License credentials regarding years of experience and degree level.
