What You’ll Do
:
  • Dispatch field technicians for installations, trouble tickets and drops.
  • Monitor and adjust technician routes as needed and reschedule customer appointments if necessary.
  • Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from work crews, supervisors, or other departments.
  • Receive inbound calls from customers and technicians and manage dispatch/scheduling issues and complaints.
  • Investigate and solve customer issues as they arise and schedule service repairs throughout the day (Trouble Tickets).
  • Maintain communication with Field Tech Management and Field Tech Supervisors.
  • Assist Field Techs with Light checks, plug ins, check in/Check out activities.
  • Schedule redrops and create/schedule no light tickets.
  • Manage/create tickets throughout the day.
  • Receive calls in queue.
  • Manage CRM (Pitstop) Queues and record and maintain customer records/notes.
  • Record and maintain customer records/notes
  • Manage Sales Force dispatch schedule and workflow.

What You’ll Bring
:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Two years related, experience and/or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in computer-based order entry systems and proficient with MS Word and Excel. Sales Force dispatch software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced customer service skills with ability to demonstrate empathy for customer’s situation and respond with appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Strong multi-tasker with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Geographical knowledge of service area and ability to read maps.
