We are seeking to fill an immediate need for a hybrid EDI Business Analyst within our Digital Operations team. This EDI Business Analyst will deliver insights and influence and support the execution of key projects for multiple business groups including Search Engine Marketing, Merchandising, Product, & Omni-Channel. Primary responsibilities include the development of standardized and ad hoc analytical reports and tools, and interpreting and synthesizing data to draw useful insights for internal business partners. **This is a Hybrid role, with a set remote/in-office work schedule. Monday and Friday are remote days, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being in-office work days. Office is located off of Kincey Avenue, in Huntersville, NC.**
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal and external customers to lead, implement, and troubleshoot new and existing EDI integrations
- Manage onboarding process to ensure proper functionality, mapping, retail compliance, and additional customer requirements are met
- Serve as internal Subject Matter Expert and external liaison with 3rd-party customer hosted EDI / Digital Commerce platforms, e.g., CommerceHub, SPS Commerce, including catalog maintenance, pricing discrepancies, and chargeback resolution
- Drive UAT process for new customer onboarding or platform changes
- Respond daily to failures in middleware / VAN with appropriate resolution and resubmission of data
- Manage manual 846 / inventory uploads for non-EDI customers
- Act as primary back-up and secondary support for SAP user maintenance and IDoc error resolution
- Act as project manager and primary business owner of Power BI implementation
- Create executive dashboards in Power BI for effective decision-making
- Create and maintain organization-wide visibility to daily sales input by channel & customer
- Analyze and distribute monthly field sales commission reporting
- Create channel & customer profitability models with appropriate allocations
- Manage NPD analysis including pro forma P&L and Business Case support for both Amerock and Enterprise product development
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as business needs warrant
- Other projects and duties to be assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ Years of Business Analytics experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, required
- Experience with business intelligence reporting tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Azure, GA360, Power Platforms / Power BI or similar software, required
- Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing)
- Experience with Idocs and EDI messages 850,855,856,810 & 846
- Experience providing analytical support to Search Engine Marketing or Merchandising teams, a plus
- Experience with incrementality testing, preferred
- Strong planning & project management skills including multi-tasking, work prioritization, meeting due dates, and balancing multiple urgent requests
- Embraces change and adjusts quickly to altering work priorities
- Experience in assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing useful insights
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with team members at multiple levels of the organization

Pay Range:
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR
Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
