Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the Wells Fargo Foundation team in our Minneapolis office. This person will be a trusted advisor and assistant, balancing executive administrative responsibilities along with ongoing projects / business initiatives such as tracking deliverables and supporting the departments of two executives. This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and will sit at 550 South 5th Street, Minneapolis MN.
In this role, you will:
6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support to two senior leaders on the Wells Fargo Foundation Team (Head of Operations, and Head of Employee Volunteerism and Charitable Giving) with tasks including: booking travel, preparing expense reports, preparing meeting agendas, processing mail, taking meeting notes, and other duties that ensure a smooth operating rhythm for the team
- Identify opportunities for improving or implementing administrative processes within assigned functional groups
- Establish and implement office procedures and controls, handle sensitive customer issues and confidential correspondence
- Support the operation of the Public Affairs office in Minneapolis with duties such as ordering supplies, setting up for meetings, and assisting other local staff with major in person events
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 6+ months experience supporting senior executives and remote staff in a large, matrixed organization
- Ability to manage complex calendars, meetings and scheduling independently
- Knowledge and understanding of implementation, coordination and management of resources, tasks, and budgets, including administration of travel coordination, expense reports, etc.
- Experience planning and coordinating department team meetings and events across various locations and remote
- Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with Windows XP and Windows, including familiarity troubleshooting technology issues related to Zoom, Teams, Skype, and other video conferencing tools
- Experience working with Concur and Workday
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) skills
- Focus on execution and results oriented with an ability to deliver results with speed and agility
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
