Facilities Specialists are responsible for performing an array of duties such as handling various maintenance requests, stocking break and copy rooms, receiving, processing, documenting, and distributing incoming shipments. This role will process outbound and inbound mail and parcels daily. In addition, the facilities specialist will need to be the initial point of contact for facility issues or concerns.

Schedule: Tues - Sat 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to Maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform basic tasks including patch and paint walls, picture hanging, carpet cleaning and managing maintenance repairs.
• Route mail items to various departments efficiently, accurately, and consistently.
• Utilize mailing machines to accurately process outgoing mail.
• Cooperate with representatives from other departments in the organization to provide return/shipping/mail information, as requested.
• Perform daily courier runs between Zynex’ s corporate and production facilities.
• Assist teams in accomplishing the goals of keeping the corporate building and facilities maintained at highest level.

• Communicates with Warehouse Manager that all observed maintenance needs are tended to (e.g., bathrooms, lighting, carpet, kitchen appliances, plumbing, cubicle/office maintenance, etc).
• Maintains inventory levels of office supplies for copy rooms and items for all breakrooms, etc.
• Unload, process, and document inbound shipments.
• Meet daily goals as outlined by Department Manager/Supervisor.
• Dress and interact professionally in an office environment.
• Follow all company policies and address issues following appropriate chain of command.
• Complete other duties, as assigned by Management.

• Walk throughout the building for up to a 6-8 hour period

Minimum Job Qualifications (unless otherwise noted):

• 1-2 years building maintenance/facilities experience preferred
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform with a team to achieve daily goals and complete tasks.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Match a fast-paced, high-volume, professional production/warehouse environment with frequent interruptions.
• Proficient use of office/mailing equipment including computers, copiers, inserters, mail meter and telephones.
• Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written, and electronic means.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Heavy Lifting (50lbs or more).
