Field Service Technician

On site/In the Field

Elk Grove, IL

6am-2:30pm (Plus overtime)

Apex Systems, the Nation’s 2nd largest Technical Staffing and Services Firm, has an opening for Field Service Technician for a Industrial company in Elk Grove, IL for a Full Time position with benefits

offers structure in a diverse and fast paced environment.

Position responsibilities include:

• Maintaining Inventory including monthly counts and weekly re-order walk through
• Placing orders for inventory
• Maintaining Fleet and warehouse equipment
• Receiving material accurately and safely
• Delivery and Pickup of material and equipment
• Pre-Installation Preparation of material including assembly and staging
• Building and Grounds Maintenance

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Speak and write English fluently
• Candidate must have 3 years of general experience, preferably in the construction or
• commercial door industry.
• Candidates must have a clean driving record and have or be able to get a “CDL Class B
• License”.
• Experience with inventory and receiving material is an advantage but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools is required
• US resident or citizen
• Strong Computer literacy (MS Office applications required)
