SALARY: $113,280-$134,520, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Beyond Beer Sr. Director of Finance, the Beyond Beer Finance Manager is responsible for leading all BU-level financial processes. This includes financial reporting & analysis; BU cost budget management; and acting as the single point of contact for cross functional partners across the company. Additionally, the Finance Manager will be actively involved in driving the Business Unit’s finance transformation agenda.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the Beyond Beer Finance Director with the financial management of the Beyond Beer Business Unit
  • Is able to understand internal management reporting and performance systems at the BU & Zone level and is consulted by other functions on financial processes
  • Provides guidance to the team on tasks and relevant analyzes
  • Manages overall approach to analytics, providing guidance and recommendations on data gathering and organization to assess a business problem/opportunity. Provides guidance to the team around quality and reliability of analysis results
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, project management activities and financial investigation
  • Own the day-to-day execution of monthly cycle processes (e.g. forecasting, business performance review, resource allocation), as well as quality and timeliness of results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis to drive business improvement opportunities
  • Own components of the BU Finance Transformation agenda, including but not limited to implementing greater automation, improving financial visibility, and developing a BU Finance “center of excellence”
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field with a quantitative focus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key questions and answer them using data-driven insights and business logic.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including Excel analytics and modeling. Ability to analyze large amounts of data and organize findings in a clear, concise, and legible manner is essential.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to dynamically (re)prioritize work and deliver on deadlines
Preferred but not required:
  • Experience with business strategy and/or the CPG industry, and an interest in contributing to the company’s strategy through finance excellence.
  • An instinctive drive to innovate on existing systems and processes.
  • A habit of setting high standards for their own work and using feedback for continuous improvement
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and aligning interests to drive a unified agenda
