Seeking a customer service representative with great communication skills for an established children's dance and music studio! This is a fast-paced business where we implement changes to improve our customer's experience! We encourage a creative, fun, and energetic work environment, where all ideas from staff are welcomed and appreciated. We feel it's important for our staff to enjoy coming to work, and we strive to foster a laid-back atmosphere where people are able to be themselves, free of judgment. We have two locations: Oak Creek and Franklin.

This position is part-time only and will not turn into a full-time position. We are looking for someone to work 2-3 nights per week starting at 3pm or 330pm until 945pm.

Position duties include, but not limited to:

* Excellent phone, email, and in-person customer service. Computer experience is necessary.
* Attention to detail with sales, documentation, and communication with staff required.
* Monitoring and tidying the workspace and all areas of the center, including bathrooms.
