• Lead a team of 5-30+ associates daily

• Encourages collaboration and teamwork amongst associates
• Reinforces what teamwork should look like and executes the vision
• Creates and communicates merchandise plans

• Spends time listening to associates and acts on their ideas, questions or concerns
• Evaluates talent, identifies career paths for associates and staffs the team appropriately

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
