Start a career with Wolters Kluwer (WLKR). We are hiring in our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) division. GRC is a division that provides a broad spectrum of solutions, services and expertise to legal, finance, risk and compliance professionals and small business owners.
As a Fulfillment Associate, Document Management (FA), you will be responsible for processing filings and document orders with state government agencies. The FA will work closely with internal and external customers to provide excellent service and immediate responses to inquiries. A successful candidate will need to be a team-oriented individual who is able to multi-task, work independently, possess strong computer skills, detail oriented, and participate in team meetings by offering suggestions and ideas to increase team productivity and efficiency. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Learns product line, internal systems and processes, as well as jurisdictional rules and regulations in order to effectively serve clients.
  • Field incoming questions or issues regarding products and services the organization provides.
  • Reviews and fulfills incoming requests.
  • Contributes to customer satisfaction and organization success.
  • Participates in department-wide process improvement programs and process best practices.
  • Work with teammates to ensure daily workload is completed on-time and with high-quality results
  • Adhere to state or county rules for public record filings using a guided internal system
  • Willingness to develop career skills as applicable to your position and career trajectory
  • Contribute to atmosphere of continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures as you grow with the position
  • Minimal direct customer service required; mainly email communication as needed
  • Make well informed and timely decisions to meet client expectations and requirements
  • Employee may need to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma
  • 1 year administrative/customer service/processing/production experience
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight while still being an integral part of a team
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software and spreadsheets
  • Must have poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and execution of deadlines
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • When needed, working overtime is required
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Liberal Arts (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline)
  • 2 years of administrative/customer service/processing/production experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Legal experience and terminology
  • Customer service experience in retail, hospitality or legal services.
