Hirshfield's operates full-service decorating centers in Minnesota with an unrivaled selection of paints, wallcoverings, fabrics and window fashions. We are the leading specialty retailer of decorating products in our markets.

The Hirshfield's Eden Prairie Location is now looking to fill Full or Part Time Sales Positions .

This position is available 7 days a week during mornings, afternoons, and evenings. (All Sunday Hours worked are paid at overtime rate)

Various shifts are available during normal store hours. (Mon - Fri: 7am to 6pm, Sat: 8am - 4pm, Sun: 10am – 4pm)

Benefits other than 401k are only available to Full Time Employees

Essential Job Functions

• Welcoming customers into the store
• Staying knowledgeable about our range of paint and stain and window treatment products
• Explaining to customers the best products for their needs
• Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
• Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results
• Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues
• Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program

Your hourly rate of pay will be based on your experience
