Job description

Termite Technicians are responsible for providing termite services that prevent and eliminate termite infestations and damage in buildings, homes, and surrounding structures. You will perform anti-termite or pest control treatments as outlined on job orders. This will frequently require that you enter crawl spaces, attics, and other confined spaces to ensure an effective treatment. You will also communicate with customers to set expectations of the treatment you will be performing.

• Must be able to lift body weight into the attic
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must have a valid Driver License and a clean driving record for 3+ yrs.
• Communicate with potential customer and existing customers.
• Communicate with management.
• Care for work vehicle and drive responsibly.
• Physically check bait stations in ground and within home.
• Spray chemicals, powders, etc. on or near surfaces of a building to eliminate pests.
• Identify invading pests including termites, wasps, ants, spiders, beetles, bed bugs, and etc.
• Set mechanical and bait traps.
• Remove dead rodents.
• Identify damage to property.
• Inspect buildings for damage.
• Check/Install Sentricon termite stations around or in home.
• Measure area dimensions requiring treatment.
• Responsibly apply pesticides and clean up residuals.
• Use appropriate equipment and safety gear during application.
• Appropriately power-spray chemicals onto surfaces from rear of truck.
• Submit documents via tablet and computer.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
