Location: RemoteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $38 - 44 per hourCella is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our client, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, for a remote long-term, full-time contract opportunity.In this role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of design solutions for campaigns ranging from complex to simple.
You'll partner with clients, project managers or other creative team members to develop creative work that is both compelling and on strategy and produce design and production of multichannel campaign materials to meet established business objectives and results. Responsibilities: Provide design support for client group(s) as demand and scheduling requires.Work directly with studio team members (leadership, project management, production, QC, etc.)
as dictated by the scope of the project to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive product.Conceptualize, plan and design solutions per creative brief and/or project specifications.Produce original designs based on limited direction.Leverage existing concepts and campaigns to build additional assets for different media channels or delivery opportunities.Create designs for all media channels - digital and print.Recommend, research and develop imagery to support creative strategy and execution.Concisely and effectively share design thinking with clients, project managers and other creative partners (copy, production, QC, etc.
)Work with production artists (as relevant) to produce the final creative assets ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and that the project meets or exceeds the design objectives.Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to in all executions.Engage with leadership, account teams and clients in meetings when applicable.Respectfully questions direction to help clarify strategies or fill information gaps.Respond to requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner.Work to improve the team's overall performance and embrace a collaborative approach.Support leadership in helping build a unified team mindset.Maintain awareness of new technology and trends in design techniques to ensure the best possible solution for clients.Engage in professional development to continuously grow in your profession and remain competitive with outside services.
