Summary

HCM is hiring for a Monday through Friday 2:30-5:30 position. This position would be working in a co-teacher position with infants up to 8 months.
Applicant must have Experience in a licensed facility working with infants. Applicant should have excellent communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with children, parents, staff and others. Attention to details is a must!

Duties

Job duties include but not limited to:

**** Work well in a co teacher setting

**** Complete and post daily care reports to send to individual parents via ipad
**** Create a pleasant and secure atmosphere for children and give them love, understanding and guidance.
**** Ability to multitask i.e... feeding one infant while talking to another.
**** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
**** Coordinate routine care: diapering, feeding, naps, while trying to follow along with the parents scheduling as best that can be done in a group setting.
**** Be able to lift up to 35 lbs



Requirements

The following are "musts" required by the Division Of Regulated Childcare in order to work in a licensed childcare facility

** Be able to pass a criminal record check
** Be 18 yrs of age
** Have a copy of a High School Diploma or HS Transcript
** Be willing to get a TB test
** Complete Orientation within 90 days of starting the job
