• Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone making sales-related contact with our customers and prospects including cold calls.

The typical customer interactions on the phone will include:

• Call on a list of former customers to influence them to buy again
• Sell dead inventory items to former customers
• Follow up on quotes with prospects and customers
• Answer questions about products and services we sell

The inside salesperson will work directly with management, learning the fundamentals and processes of our Company.

This job is a stepping stone into outside sales where at the end of one year, the candidate will be assigned a lists of accounts, where the earning potential is unlimited.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Learn and use our company ERP software, to enter quotes, orders, etc.

· Learn and use our company web software to set up customers with online ordering.

· Heavy phone communication with customers: taking orders, quoting, selling, follow-up etc.

· Troubleshooting customer issues

· Eventual On-site Customer Sales Calls as needed

· Contact vendors for current costs and information on supply items

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails as needed

· May require occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

· Other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
