TeamSoft’s client is looking for an IT Service Support Specialist! We are hiring immediately on behalf a well-qualified retirement company. As the IT Service Support Specialist, you will provide hardware, software, and mobile support for business and IT users within the organization primarily in West Des Moines with smaller offices located in other areas of the country. We need you to have Desktop support experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and update PC hardware and software.
- Test, configure and troubleshoot within one or more of the above areas.
- Perform regular monitoring to ensure efficient operation and accuracy.
- Identifies, escalates, and makes recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Desktop support experience required.
- Certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following: troubleshooting PC hardware issues for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices; troubleshooting PC software issues; understanding of the Windows 7/10 operating system.
- Strong analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
