We have franchised our Business and now have 100+ Locations Nationwide. Within 3 years of Starting Employment, Most of our Team Members Become Business Owners or Managers Within the Company. Our Goal is to Develop our talent and skills as professionals.

Our Pay-for-Performance System is Great for High Achievers. The Harder and Smarter You Work, the More Money You can Make. You Will Have a Base Pay of $18/hr PLUS the OPPPRTUNITY to Earn More Each Day!! The Average Pay for First Year Team Members is $20-24/hr.

Requirements:

• Team Player
• Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Smartphone
• Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test
• Clean Driving Record
• Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor
• 1 Year of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
