JOB DUTIES:
Check In and Set Up

When checking in, a Team Leader or Manager will assign duties to you. Set up every Station: Sanitation, Dishwashing, Cooking, Prep, Veggie, Carving, and Expedite. Opening checklist.

Inventory Control

In charge of managing the Back Entrance, Storage and Cold Storage Areas. Accept, check, and store deliveries. Fabricate meats before freezing. Check all inventory and pars.

Prep

Responsible for operating the Prep Station. Wash, chop, and prep all veggies, noodles, tofu, and mushrooms for the Veggie Station.

Plate Veggies

Responsible for operating the Veggie Station. Plate veggie bowls, veggie medleys
and side orders.

Carve Meats

Responsible for operating the Carving Station. Slice and assemble entrée plates. Label/ store meat pars and scraps.

Expedite

Responsible for operating the Expedite Station. Expedite and deliver entrée, side, small bite, and dessert orders to Guests. Check, manage and fill pars.

Bus and Dish Wash

Responsible for operating the Dishwashing Station. Bus tables and clean all dinnerware.

Sanitation

Responsible for operating the Sanitation Station and managing the Restroom Area. Prepare cleaning materials for the store. Clean windows, stainless steel, and mop floors. Change out soaps, paper towels and trash.

Close Out

Reset all BOH Stations and Areas. Check temperatures and closing checklist.

Requirements:

Previous experience at a Shabu Shabu restaurant preferred

Eligible for tips as part of salary
