LANDSCAPE CREW LEADERS; LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE LEADS & HELPERS IN OUR SANTA CLARA OFFICES

BSM Facility Services Group - Leading building maintenance company established in 1979 is growing throughout the South bay Area and beyond. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to perform a variety of commercial property landscape Maintenance, installation and Irrigation tasks serving our clients and building owners in offices, retail plazas, and industrial facilities. The more experience you have the better, we like to promote within!

PREFERRED Skill Set:

Ability to operate:

• Mowers
• Blowers
• Trimmers
• Chainsaws
• Use of other standard Landscape Maintenance Tools and Equipment

Additional Skills:

• Pruning
• Planting
• Experienced in the handling and application of fertilizers and herbicides

• Ability to work alone or as part of assigned landscape crew
• Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, climb ladders for multiple hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Hours: Monday-Friday 5:30AM to 2:00 PM
