As Lead Teacher, you will:

● Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

● Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under your care.

● Implement the Company-provided curriculum.

● Help conduct regular classroom observations and assessments that reflect the interests of children in the classroom.

● Use digital technology in the classroom, including the effective use of Procare

● Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.

● Support other teachers to accomplish classroom objectives.

● Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, modeling table manners at family style meals.

● Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, clean, and organized.

Job Requirements:

● Must be at least 18 years of age.

● High School diploma or equivalent

● Associates degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA

● Experience working in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom as well as creating educational lesson plans.
