What you’ll be doing

You’ll oversee the safety of water park guests by monitoring the attraction to prevent accidents.

At any time, you may need to explain and enforce LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures, in order to keep our guests safe.

You’ll mitigate safety risks and assist water park guests in distress. In the case of an emergency, you will administer first aid and CPR, maintain records, and perform other lifeguard and operational duties as requested.

Don’t worry – no previous lifeguard experience is required. We will provide all the training needed to be successful in this role.

As a minimum you’ll have:

• The ability to obtain an IAM Starfish certification through our facilitated training

OR

• A current IAM StarGuard Lifeguard Certification
• A current IAM StarGuard CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer Certification
• A current IAM StarGuard First Aid Certification

1. From the I-5, exit Palomar Airport Road

2. Head east on Palomar Airport Road

3. Turn left on The Crossings Drive

4. Make the first immediate left (entrance to employee parking structure)

5. Park in the designated parking lot below the parking structure

6. Walk towards the Gatehouse. A Park Ranger at the gatehouse will check you in and direct you towards the Hiring Event

From the East:

1. Take San Marcos Blvd. east towards Carlsbad

San Marcos Blvd becomes Palomar Airport Road

2. Head east on Palomar Airport Road

3. Turn right on The Crossings Drive

4. Make the first immediate left (entrance to employee parking structure)

5. Park in the designated parking lot below the parking structure

6. Walk towards the Gatehouse. A Park Ranger at the gatehouse will check you in and direct you towards the towards the Hiring Event
