The Tailor is a professional in tailor services and ensures, according to the Company guidelines, the proper and timely realization of mends/changes. Also contributes to the sales success, realizing complex activities in complete autonomy, relying on his/her proven skills, knowledge and experience of materials and sewing techniques.

To be successful as a Loro Piana tailor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of clothing design and construction. Ultimately, an exceptional tailor should demonstrate excellent communication, time management, sewing, and problem-solving skills to ensure that customers are satisfied with the tailoring services provided.

Responsibilities:

• Works on the product, ensuring the respect of the Loro Piana style
• Identifies the most appropriate interventions, in order to satisfy the customers requests
• Ensures the expected progress and timing for all the reparations of clothes
• Supports the store team in the sales process, collaborating for the products fitting definition
• Is responsible for the procurement of the required materials and for the efficient maintenance of all the tailor tools
• Is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of his/her workplace
• Is responsible for the management of external suppliers (tailors, maintenance tools suppliers, etc.), for the administrative processes and for the control process of the invoices to be paid, liaising with the Accounting
• Is responsible for the quality check of all the items produced by external suppliers

• Must have 2 years + experience.
• Proven experience working as a tailor.
• High school diploma or GED.
