Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced LPN to join our growing healthcare team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care for patients to promote health and prevent disease. You will be collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing basic medical procedures, and monitoring vital signs Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information in electronic medical records Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures Educate patients and families regarding their healthcare needs Provide emotional support to patients and families Maintain accurate and complete medical records

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in North Carolina
• At least 2 years of nursing experience Knowledge of nursing principles and protocols Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and medical professionals Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have reliable transportation
