Bowling Green Brandywine is looking for a full-time Maintenance Assistant to join our team!

This position is responsible for providing facilities maintenance at our healthcare facility. This is an entry level position. We are willing to train the right candidate with basic maintenance skills.
Advancement opportunities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting techs and manager with projects
• Replacement to assets light fixtures and lighting controls.
• Changing filters
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on buildings equipment and systems.
• Know how to properly use hand tools assigned to his or her person.
• Performs trash pickup at the property.
• Keep all shop and mechanical areas organized and clean.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
