Job description
Poly-America, L.P., leading plastics manufacturer, is currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our maintenance department. Poly-America produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction films, and agricultural films.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain maintenance planning schedules.
- Work with Maintenance Supervisors and Managers to plan required work, utilizing work orders, Gantt charts and historical data.
- Work with Maintenance personnel to ensure equipment is properly identified, stored and documented in the AS400 system.
- Additional duties as become necessary and/or are assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Computer skills suitable for document development, planning and scheduling.
- Advance experience with MS Excel
- Understanding of production processes and maintenance needs.
- Technical report writing experience a plus.
