The Enterprise Network Manager will oversee IT network management at ADS. This manager will own the Data and Voice network services and technologies at our data centers, remote sites, and cloud providers. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the ADS Network team which includes contractors, engineers, and managed service partners. In addition to leading the team members, this role will be researching and providing architectural design and guidance, and advanced engineering solutions supporting the company's network infrastructure. The Enterprise Network Manager will be expected to maintain good relationships with key business stakeholders as well as peers inside and outside the IT department. The Enterprise Network Manager should be well versed in modern IT concepts, technology trends, and service models, and should have a customer focused mindset.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide strategic leadership, technical consultation, and operational oversight for enterprise-wide IT network infrastructure.
• Build and maintain a stable and high performing and reliable technology platforms that have the flexibility to scale with the business
• Mange the network team, coach / mentor team members activities, and set the example on interactions with other teams and partners during your daily interactions.
• Lead multiple small and large-scale technology deployments for the company including LAN/WAN and wireless design, configuration, and support.
• Perform current state network assessments and develop architectures based on industry best practices and the latest advanced network technologies.
• Drive the resiliency of the core network infrastructure and ensure current DR practices / processes are followed or implemented.
• Proactively manage standards, topology documentation, configuration files, performance baselines, and capacity planning roadmaps.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex networking issues utilizing advanced technical experience (Azure Networking, Data Center connectivity, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi).
• Support Voice contractors with any Cisco voice or Call Center efforts, as necessary.
• Lead multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Work collaboratively with the IT Risk organization to ensure compliance of delivered solutions
• Maintain current knowledge, keep up with new capabilities and future technologies.
• Other responsibilities related to Network Infrastructure as required.

Job Skills:

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Required: 2+ year of experience in a leadership role, specifically leading a team of network engineers.
• 5+ years' experience in a multi-site, Cisco/Meraki environment, consisting of at least 1500+ endpoint.
• Be able to prioritize workload and work effectively across multiple efforts / projects with limited supervision while giving direction to team members and or managed services providers.
• Implemented performance tuning, system monitoring, statistics/metrics collection, and disaster recovery methodologies and procedures.
• Managed a SD WAN environment using Meraki MX devices
• Ability to determine technical problems and to coordinate solutions.
• Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in MS, IT, or computer information systems
