Cambridge Spa Group (“CSG”) is a private equity backed, franchisee consolidator within the Massage Envy franchise system. CSG employs over 1,700 people in Texas, California, New Mexico and Nevada with corporate teams in Austin. The company anticipates 2x growth in the next 3 years driven by robust M&A activity as well as organic performance. The company is led by an experienced senior management team with 20+ years of Massage Envy and franchising experience and a best-in-class investor group.
We are seeking a Marketing And Communications Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. While your primary focus will be revenue generating activities, you will collaborate to build internal communication strategies and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
- Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns that support marketing for clinics and operational leadership
- Development of toolkits for center location Managers that supports our local clinic community outreach, partnerships, etc.
- Own our online brand presence (e.g. marketing, announcements, events, M&A) across all platforms (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Company Website, SEO)
- Enhance executive presence online and in the market (e.g. guest speaker opportunities)
- Compile, translate and present data for Executive Leadership and Operations
- Provide general marketing and communication support
- Town Hall content creation (decks, gathering most important cross-functional information to be cascaded broadly)
- Quarterly Employee Newsletter
- Other duties as assigned
- Blend of creative, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional writing, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Bachelors in Marketing/Communication or similar discipline or relevant experience
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, adept at social media management, content creation, tool sets/processes utilized for management of on-line presence and marketing/lead generation
