Job description:

Position: This position is for Marketing, Promotions & Sales. Canvassing door-to-door is part of the work, but not all of the work. The perfect candidate will be someone who considers themselves a "jack-of-all-trades" type. That means you are selft motivated, a quick learner, ambitious, and generally catch onto things and excell at them faster than your peers.

Schedule: We are primarily a Monday-thru-Friday operation, but there is flexibility to take a weekday off and work on Saturday instead, so there will be some felxibility in the scheule as long as full-time hours is maintained.

The Work: The primary work that we do is go door-to-door around our job sites to offer homeowners free home improvement price quotes and information for our sales team to follow up with. Promoting our top-rated customer service helping homeowners remodel their roofing, solar, outside painting and windows needs. Initiate the sales process by passing out flyers and scheduling free estimate appointments for our sales team.

I am looking for someone that will stay and grow with the company, this is an excellent ground-floor opportunity for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of consistent attendance.
• Willingness to study and memorize presentation scripts to recite.
• A valid driver license or State I.D.
• Physical requirements include:

* Walking and standing up to 5-hours a day.

* Walking up possible hills and steps in local neighborhoods.

* Being outside and exposure to hot and cold environments.

* Carrying an iPad and marketing fliers and brochures.
