Lifespring Health Systems is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our office in Madison, IN. Potential candidates should be comfortable working with individuals with dual diagnoses, completing treatment plans and various other assessments. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a knowledge of various treatment modalities and commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed care. This position will also work with Ohio Valley Opportuities to provide consultation and education to Head Start staff and families. Indiana LSW is required; LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is highly preferred. Computer skills are necessary; experience working with Electronic Medical Records desired. Covid vaccination is required.
