Our part-time MyBranch Digital Services Representatives are responsible for serving our members' needs through all channels, including chat, messaging, email, and even by phone. They are a one-stop shop for providing resolution on various topics such as debit cards, disputes, deposits posting, NSF fees, transfers, and so much more. They are responsible for cross-selling Pelican products and services and opening and closing deposit accounts of all types. The ideal candidate must have excellent grammar and writing skills and be comfortable in a sales environment!

This position is ideal for someone looking to work part-time, someone in school, and/or someone wanting to get experience at a financial institution. All candidates that wish to be considered must have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of work experience in customer service. Additionally, excellent grammar, writing, and computer skills are a must. Monday – Friday shifts are from 7 AM to 11 AM or 3 PM to 7 pm. Rotating weekends are required with availability between 8 AM and 2 PM.
