A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the office, and ensure a friendly experience for all employees, candidates, new hires, and guests
  • Manage communication and act as liaison between internal departments, Principals, and other executives regarding Denver office operations
  • General records management and document control
  • Office calendar and meeting room management; including ordering or coordination of catering or food deliveries as-needed
  • Ensure office common spaces are always presentable, with a focus on client-facing spaces
  • Manage relationship(s) with the property manager to address any building announcements and/or address any office maintenance issues
  • Develop office budget and manage vendor relationships and negotiations in order to stay within the budget
  • Ensure proper stock of all office supplies and equipment
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-4 years' of general administrative or office support experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to manage different personalities
