THE LOT is a RESTAURANT/CINEMA/BAR and CAFE that provides a unique entertainment experience.
If you enjoy a fast-moving environment, great tips, and love meeting fun people come and join us! We are looking for experienced SERVERS with excellent customer service skills, who can be part of an entertainment team!
Job Description:
- Serves guest according to established procedures
- Deliver a consistently high level of service to all guests in theater
- Adhere to all company guidelines and standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Demonstrate mastery of the food and beverage menu; respond to questions about menu items and drink options and make suggestions for additional plates and drink pairings
- Interact with guests comfortably in low lighting while communicating effectively in a soft tone as to not disrupt guests
- Always keep the assigned stations cleaned and stocked
- Secure payment for all checks and process checks through the POS in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
- At least 21+ years of age
- At least 1-year of experience Serving or Food Running
- Ability to work nights including weekends/holidays
- Alcohol and wine knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of Restaurant POS Software
- Valid CA Food Handler's card and RBS Training
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
